Amanda Soto, Office Manager is an experience operations and billing management professional with years in the mental health and financial industries.

She enjoys working at Project Return because it is the oldest peer run agency in Los Angeles County and because Project Return gives people hope that anyone can improve their life and make a difference to others. It's also commendable that Project Return gives EVERYONE opportunities and chances.

For Amanda, peer support means having the ability to be open minded without judgement and allowing oneself to be vulnerable while feeling comfort, growth, accountability, direction and assurance that everything will be okay.

Amanda’s driving values are family, integrity, dependability, success, love and security. Her favorite quote is by Nelson Mandela, “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling but rising every time we fall.” When Amanda isn’t working, she loves spending time with her daughter, listening to music of various genres, going to concerts and eating at new restaurants (she’s a foodie!).
